Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie w/ Vitrition Vegan Protein

This is a great pre-workout or meal replacement smoothie. It is packed with great energy sources like banana’s and chia seeds. This shake is so good you won’t even realize it’s healthy!!!

Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1 Banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1-2 packets of stevia

1 scoop Vitrition Vegan Protein (any flavor)

Ice to taste

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
